This beautiful villa is in a quiet and sunny location in the hilly village of Nicolosi which is situated 700 metres above the sea-level, on the southern side of the Aetna, just 15 Km from Catania and 45 Km away from the beautiful Taormina. On the doorstep are the attractive villages of Zafferana, Pedara, Bronte and other typical small hamlets surrounding Mout Etna.
The villa is set in lush parkland consisting of a well-maintained garden with green grassland, oaks, pine-trees, magnolias and a magnificent specimen of broom which is over 100 years old. The private swimming pool together with the surrounding terrace add to the tranquil atmosphere. There is a well equipped dining terrace, also a ping-pong table. The interior is spacious and elegantly furnished with many antique artifacts. On the sheltered veranda with is an external kitchenette and a small room with bathroom which can be used as dressing-room for the pool.
