Formerly an almond warehouse La Scibina has
been transformed into a fabulous small family-
run property consisting of 7 spacious
apartments elegantly furnished in bright
contemporary design. Having studios,
1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units they can
comfortably accommodate from 2 – 6 people.
Each apartment is individually styled to a high
standard and provides tasteful modern
accommodation set within attractive grounds
which include a fruit and herb garden. The La Scibina apartments
swimming pool (solar heated in the winter
months) is surrounded by a large furnished sun
terrace. The bedrooms in the apartments are all
en-suite and the 1st floor rooms can be
individually used as hotel rooms on a bed &
breakfast basis. Daily maid service is included.
Breakfast is lavish using many local products
and if required is payable locally for those
renting the apartments (included in the price
for those using the rooms on B+B basis).
Marina di Ragusa’s fine long sandy beach is
approximately 6 minutes walk away and there
are plenty of shops and restaurants also within
