Casale Balate is a beautiful 4-bedroom villa with swimming pool set in the countryside near the town of Ragusa and the Donnafugata Castle. Framed by century-old olive and carob trees Caslae Balata enjoys splendid views over the surrounding countryside from its large terraces, garden and pool.

The house has a comfortable interior spread over two floors. On the ground floor is a large living area with dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms (1 double/1 twin), a bathroom with shower and another toilet with laundry area. The first floor with sloping ceilings has a living-room/study and two double bedrooms en-suite. The villa is also equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.

The nearest sandy beach is 15 kilometres away. The baroque towns of Modica and Rugusa are easily accessible by car.
