Villa Hermes is a fabulous modern villa with pool situated just a few steps away from the azure waters of the Plemmirio marine reserve just south of Siracuse. Set in a residential area, the villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden which includes a swimming pool and large terrace equipped for al fresco dining.

Recently restored to a very high standard of furnishing and decor, the accommodation is spread over two levels. The main entrance opens into a bright living area with sitting room, kitchen and dining area. Also on this floor are a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

On the lower floor, which has external access, are two bedrooms with en-suite shower and a small wellness room with sauna and shower. The villa is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.

The excellent location of the villa - just a few minutes' drive away from the historic centre of Siracusa - is also convenient for visiting Noto, Modica, Ragusa and the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari.
