A beautiful Mediterranean style villa Baia Verde is located in a sunny position. It is a few metres from the sandy beach of Cornino a sea-side resort between Erice and San Vito Lo Capo on the north west tip of Sicily. It is ideally placed for visiting the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the Egadi Islands, Segesta and San Vito Lo Capo.

The accommodation comprises 2 double/ twin bedrooms, bathroom a loft/study with double sofa bed, lounge and kitchen in the main area and on a lower floor accessed from outside is a separate area with double sofa bed and kitchenette and a bathroom.

Outside there is a well-cared-for garden and spacious terraces as well as a covered area with outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
