  This delightful excursion takes you to discover the unknown part of the naturalistic Sicily.

The itinerary starts by crossing the typical village of Gratteri. Continuation towards "Madonie Park". Arrival in Piano Battaglia (1572 m.t). Stop for a naturalistic walk to visit an ancient sicilian farm where you will admire the old traditional way to make a fresh cheese called "Ricotta", then you will taste it with some bread.

Continuation to Polizzi Generosa. Visit of the small sicilian village built on a steep hill on the "Madonie Park". Lunch in a typical agriturismo with sicilian specialites (wine and water included).

  Return to Cefalù via Scillato.
